JTE is hosting a Talent Show on May 29th! Students can perform for their class this week in music if they'd like to practice! ATLAS testing begins tomorrow for our third, fourth, and fifth graders. They will be testing this week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Please help your student be ready for the test by making sure they arrive to school on time and get a good night's rest.

Tyson School Skate Night is tonight from 6:00-8:00 PM at Roller City in Springdale! $5 per skater and $2 goes back to the PTA! No outside food allowed, but concession stand is available. Hope to see you there!

It's time to sign up for the Young Writers Camp! It is a fun camp for students who love writing or just want to get better at it. We have two full weeks of games, fun, and friends! We invite every 2024 senior who attended Tyson Elementary to join us for a graduation celebration! We will meet in the library at 1:15 and then seniors will walk the building to be celebrated and see former teachers. Reception to follow in the library. In order to build a solid connection between home and school, Tyson strives to create a parent engagement plan with the family as the main component. We will be meeting on Monday, April 1st at 5:00 PM to review the plan and hear your feedback.
