Community Clinic will be hosting a Vaccine Clinic THIS Friday, August 21 from 1:30 - 4:30 at the Wellness Center at Jones Elementary. All children - with or without insurance including private insurance and Medicaid are welcome to attend and appointments are not required.

The online form provides a link to the entire AUA, the opportunity to purchase a Chromebook Protection Plan, and a SPS Technology Usage section. We are so excited to announce our outdoor teacher "Meet and Greet!" Your child’s teacher will be contacting you before this event to introduce themself. We have been working hard to prepare for the 20-21 school year. During these events, it is important that we adhere to the following safety measures so that ALL students can safely meet their teacher. These safety measures include: masks are required, social distance from other families, each student limited to one guest, follow timelines, and adhere to posted signage. Please do not attend if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, or have had known exposure to someone with Covid-19 in the past 14 days. If you are over 65 years of age or have an underlying health condition you may wish to refrain from attending. We will provide a technology-based meet and greet for those that wish to attend virtually (contact your child’s teacher for this information). Please stay tuned to social media and email in the event of a weather delay. Estamos muy emocionados de anunciar nuestra noche para visitar a los maestros. Este evento será al aire libre.
